Joe Simcox opened Simcox Appraisal in 2006 after 15 years as the senior commercial appraiser with a leading Ipswich, MA appraisal firm.  Our primary focus at Simcox Appraisal is on commercial real estate – appraisal and consulting services.  Whether it is for financing, estate planning purposes, potential sale or purchase, divorce or simple curiosity, our experience in appraising commercial properties provides thorough and understandable appraisals.  The valuation of income producing property involves knowledge and experience.  Simcox Appraisal brings both to the valuation process.
